Not only yummy and quick to make but packed with fiber, protein, omega-3’s!
2 cups unsweetened milk of choice (full fat is ok)
1/2 cup chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 to 4 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
chopped fruit, optional
Mix all ingredients except fruit together or place in blender for smooth consistency. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, stir together with a fork. Top with fruit if desired. Makes 4 servings. Enjoy!
